1.Introduction

The microporous pure titanium aerator is mainly made from industrial pure titanium powder (purity > 99.6899%), which is sintered at high temperature and high vacuum.Spherical titanium type aerator Φ spherical bottom diameter 100 mm, curved Φ 125 mm, wall thickness 3 mm, aerated bubble 0.1 ~ 2 mm, and aeration resistance small, gas-liquid boundary area is large, bubble spread evenly, won't produce pore blocking, 40% lower than conventional aeration energy consumption, increase the sewage process nearly doubled.Titanium aerator has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, high ph resistance and long service life.This product is suitable for urban sewage, large-scale water use plant construction and expansion, old aeration pond reconstruction, as well as ozone aeration in water treatment field, catalytic gas aeration in chemical industry, etc.

6. Cleaning method

1. Decarbonization filtration in pharmaceutical and chemical fields is often carried out by backflushing methods combined with ultrasonic cleaning.

2. In the water producing industry, due to the surface filter element is easy trapped by non-water-soluble salts and oxides, 5% nitric acid is generally used for soaking, and the cleaning effect can be achieved without ultrasonic cleaning.

3. The following cleaning methods should be adopted for the filtration of the raw liquid in combination with the chemical properties of pollutants:

3.1. Alkaline cleaning: soak the pure solution with 3-5% sodium hydroxide for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of about 40 degrees.

It is the best washed by ultrasonic cleaning machine.After soaking, use the filter deionized water or injection water inside and outside to neutral, measure the conductivity.Blow dry with clean air at a pressure≥ 0.4mpa

3.2. Pickling: soak in 5% nitric acid solution for over 8 hours at a temperature of about 40 degrees.

3.3. Organics pollution can be combined with surfactant cleaning, cell debris pollution system combined with enzyme cleaning effect is more ideal (food and beverage can be washed with high concentration of citric acid).

4. The above methods can be used separately or alternatively in cooperation with each other.If there are conditions, the combination of ultrasonic cleaning machine is the best.
